small group training — beginners to intermediate (ages 8–14)

this program is designed for young athletes who are new to the game or still building their foundation.
we focus on confidence, coordination, fundamentals, and understanding how to play — not just drills.
this is where players learn to:
- move with purpose
- handle the ball with control
- shoot with confidence
- and understand spacing, passing, and decision-making
all in a high-energy, positive, team-style environment.

every session is structured, intentional, and built to help athletes feel successful while being challenged.
session format
- session length: 60 minutes
- group size: 3–6 athletes max per session
- environment: team-style, coach-led, high reps + positive energy
this allows for personalized feedback without losing the team feel.
trainer rotation
coaches rotate based on the day and gym operations. your athlete may train with:

- coach jaire
- dr. julian
trainer availability may change based on scheduling needs.
waiver policy
all athletes must complete the atlas hoops general liability waiver and check in before stepping on the court.
no waiver = no participation.
