ideal for club, aau, and school team players who want to sharpen their skills and raise their basketball iq.

this is not casual training. this is development for competitors.
session format
- session length: 60 minutes
- group size: 3–6 athletes per session
- environment: fast-paced, competitive, coach-led
players get focused attention, live reads, and real-game situations.
trainer rotation
depending on the day, athletes may train with:
- coach adrian
- coach jaire
- dr. julian
- each coach brings a different strength, but the same standard and expectation.
trainer availability may change based on gym operations and schedule demands.
waiver policy
all athletes must have a completed atlas hoops general liability waiver and check in before training.
no waiver = no court access.
