Cancellation Policy
Court Reservations
+ Full Refund: cancellations 48+ hours before reservation + Half Refund: cancellations 25-47 hours before reservation + No Refund: cancellations within 24 hours + Owner cancellations will always receive a Full Refund.
Missed Reservation Policy
+ Missed reservations, without prior notice, to the owner are non-refundable.*
* Exception Disclaimer: If a reservation is missed due to a death, emergency, or other generally reasonable circumstances, please notify us as soon as possible for a refund consideration.
AAU/Club Team Rental
+ Late cancellations (< 24 hours) incur a $50/hour fee.
Training and Therapy Appointments
+ Similar to our “Reschedule” and “Cancellation” policies listed above. + Missed training sessions, without notice, will count against package sessions.
